Returns & Refunds
Last updated July 31, 2026
Every The Wise Wolves item is made to order — printed, stitched, and finished just for you after you buy it. Because nothing sits on a shelf, we handle returns a little differently from a typical store, and we always want you to be happy with what arrives.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered (wrong item, size, or a misprint), we'll replace it or refund it — your choice, at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number, and
- A photo of the item and the issue.
That photo lets us sort it out fast and get a replacement moving — usually you won't need to ship anything back.
Change of mind & sizing
Because each piece is produced individually, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before you buy — and if you're unsure, ask us first; we're glad to help you choose.
Personalized & embroidered items
Items personalized with a name or custom text are made uniquely for you and can't be resold, so they're final sale — except, of course, if there's a defect or we made an error (including a spelling mistake on our end). Please double-check your spelling and details at checkout, as we produce exactly what's entered.
Lost or delayed in transit
If your tracking shows a problem, or your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable time, reach out — we'll work with our shipping partners to track it down, and we'll replace an order confirmed lost in transit.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank's timing may vary). We'll email you when it's issued.
How to start a return or report a problem
Email hello@thewisewolves.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it from there.
