These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the The Wise Wolves, operated by Hillstead Holdings LLCwebsite and when you buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy,Returns & Refunds policy, and Shipping policy, which are part of these Terms.

Ordering & acceptance

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but your order is only accepted once we begin production or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund any payment for that order.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; by paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Made-to-order products

Our items are produced individually after you order. Because each item is handmade or printed to order, slight natural variations in color, placement, and finish are normal and aren't defects. Product images are representative; screens vary, so actual colors may differ slightly.

Personalization

If you add a name or custom text, you're responsible for the spelling and content you enter — we produce exactly what's submitted. You agree not to request content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that you don't have the right to use. We may decline personalization requests at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All artwork, characters, designs, text, and branding on this site are owned by Hillstead Holdings LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refundspolicy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillstead Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site and products are provided "as is" except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one posted here when you place your order. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest change.
