Shipping

Everything we sell is made to order, so your order moves through two stages: first we make it, then it ships to you.

How long it takes

• Production: 2–5 business days to print, stitch, and finish your item.
• Shipping: 3–8 business days in transit once it's on its way.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. Production times can run a little longer during seasonal peaks — we'll let you know if anything's unusual.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would like something, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

Tracking, delays & wrong addresses

Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your email to follow it. If tracking stalls or your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll chase it down with the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to reroute a package once it's on its way, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur reshipping costs.
